One day as a favour to a very good friend, Fabienne prepared a three course meal for a dinner party. Andalusian
gazpacho soup, oriental fish kebab served with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, white chocolate mousse and giant
soft chocolate buttons cookies were on the menu. It was a success!
Very quickly, by word of mouth, Fabienne developed a clientele of customers looking to impress their family and
friends by offering fresh, original and delicious home made meals and desserts. The rustic aspect combined with the
finest kosher ingredients and personal recipes became the keys of success of this family business. Fabienne just
loves food and making people happy is her aim.
